Market Research Analyst
Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Forecast consumer market trends and track customer information to provide management with market synopsis.
- Arrange proposals regarding marketing communication methods to expand customer base.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating information graphically and translating complex statistical data into written text.
- Gather monthly sales information on competitors and analyze effectiveness of company marketing procedures.
- Evaluate marketing methods by conducting targeted surveys, opinion polls, and customer satisfaction questionnaires.
- Devise promotional campaigns and tools for business development as well as maintain customer loyalty program.
- Measure the effectiveness of existing marketing methods by interpreting customer feedback and increasing awareness of promotional programs
- Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Related
- Experience Requirement: Must have 1 yr experience in exact job described
