SAP CRM Architect

They are in need of a contractor with CRM experience and expertise to help them with the design phase of their projet. This person will be designing their process, this person will provide expertise on the best combination of custom fields and/or tables to hold the needed data and will be attending design workshops to thoroughly understand business requirements and provide possible solutions along with pros and cons. This consultant will help the project team and CRM team select best solutions and document the chosen design using their documentation standards and templates.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • BSS Domain expertise and should be expert on minimum one of below areas as Solution Architect (SAP CRM, Billing, Online Charging, Mediation, Provisioning)
  • Certificated education from SAP
  • Experience with SAP, business implementation of SAP and business usage of SAP
  • Experience in building SAP XI /​ PI integration
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting solutions utilizing SAP Layout sets, SAP Script standard text maintenance, SAP Document Output Determination, SAP ABAP, SAP IDOCS, and SAP ALE.
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Modules including SD, MM, and EHS.​
  • Functional knowledge of SAP Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, and Invoices
  • Must have a strong knowledge of the C, C+​+​ Programming language with expertise in Database internals and/​or operating system internals with strong debugging skills
  • Experience in distributed computing development such as distributed database design, cluster file system etc.​, will be a strong plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor/​Masters in Computer science, Telecommunications, or other related degrees
  • Excellent competence within BSS and experience of Convergent Charging and Billing
  • A Minimum of 8 years’ experience ( 5 years as SA)
  • Experience of managing scope with third party suppliers/​partners within projects essential
  • Proven ability to adapt, improve and implement handling of scope, risks, changes including customer adaptations, solution management/​support
  • Excellent customer management experience with substantial experience in presentations, negotiations, agreements, disagreements, and managing customer expectations and relations
  • Eager to take initiative and responsibility to achieve results
  • Ability to convey complex ideas and influence others
  • Team-working spirit including ability to interact/​communicate efficiently with both customers and internal parties
  • Advanced problem solving and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under very high pressure with strict deadlines without missing the details
